Lauren Bailey

Lauren Bailey is an experienced professional in project management and estimating coordination, currently serving as Estimating Coordinator at RM Mechanical, Inc. since March 2022, where responsibilities include preparing bid books and formulating bid documents using various software tools. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Intelligent Design Mechanical Solutions and Diversified Fluid Solutions, where Lauren managed project coordination across departments and enforced productivity and quality within production teams. Additionally, Lauren held the position of Project Coordinator at Western Aircraft, creating numerous work orders and advising management on project progress and material availability. Earlier experience includes managing projects at Complete Home Remodel, where cost estimates and permits were secured. Lauren holds a degree in General Studies from Boise State University and attended American Military University.
