Haley Shier

Haley Shier is a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners, formerly Metro Crisis Services. Haley developed and implemented standards-based curriculum and coordinated between multiple departments to ensure project deliverables and stakeholder needs are met on time. Haley also served as a Lead Crisis Counselor overseeing daily operations of a Crisis Center receiving over 3000 calls a day at a previous company. Haley has experience as a New Hire Trainer and Crisis Counselor at other organizations, where Haley provided training, crisis intervention, and mental health counseling. Haley holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from Western Michigan University.
