Eric Rickard

Eric Rickard is currently the Director of Operations at RMH Franchise Corporation. Before that, Eric served as the General Manager at Applebee's Bar & Grill. Prior to these roles, Eric worked at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for 16 years, where Eric was the General Manager and played a key role in growing the Mint Julep Franchise from two stores to 44 before the sell to Darden.
