Quynh-Anh Ngoc Nguyen

Quynh-Anh Ngoc Nguyen is a lecturer and research associate at RMIT University Vietnam since January 2022, specializing in e-leadership and employee well-being in the higher education sector during and after COVID-19. Concurrently, Quynh-Anh serves as a program manager and research team leader for the International Association of Applied Psychology, focusing on emotional intelligence's impact on mental health across multiple countries. As a digital psychology counselor with ThoughtFull, Quynh-Anh provides text-based counseling in Southeast Asia and previously held the position of local program manager at Includovate, assessing community-based services for children with disabilities in Vietnam. Quynh-Anh has a strong academic foundation, holding a PhD in Public Health from Monash University, along with master's and bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Hue University of Education. Previous roles include project manager at Hepatitis Victoria and lecturer at Hue University of Education, among others.
