Global Head, Customer Success at Risk Management Solutions

Mitch Parker is the Global Head of Customer Success at RMS, leading the teams that help customers get the most from their investment in RMS solutions. Mitch brings over 25 years of software, SaaS, and cloud experience with a breadth of functional leadership experiences.​

Mitch worked at Accenture and Innovex Group as a consultant prior to a 15-year career at Citrix, where he led several different functions, including Consulting, Technical Services, Channel Programs and Sales Operations. At Citrix, he also served as VP and General Manager of the Cloud Services product group, leading Citrix’s transformation of its cloud-based enterprise offerings and go-to-market strategy. Mitch is a technologist, as well, founding his own startup and leading the Product and Services function of a cloud-based security and web performance startup.​

Mitch serves on the Board of Directors and volunteers with Launch Leadership. He received his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.​
