Jason Troxell

Jason Troxell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jason currently works at The RND Group, Inc. as a Technical Project Lead starting from December 2021. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2022, they worked at OpGen, Inc. In this company, they held multiple roles including Director, Software Design Assurance, Director Project Management, and Sr. Manager, Software Design Assurance. In these positions, they managed projects, coordinated teams, implemented software development procedures, and ensured compliance with FDA and ISO requirements.

Before joining OpGen, Inc., Jason worked at RURO, Inc. as the Director of Quality and the Director of Project Management. In these roles, they prepared SOPs for ISO 9001 compliance, led the company to ISO 9001 certification, managed QA activities, and served as the main point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting.

Prior to their time at RURO, Inc., Jason worked at QIAGEN as a Sr. Engineer, Systems Engineering, Systems Engineer 2, and Software Engineer 1. Jason also worked at Digene Corporation as a Sr. Systems Scientist and Systems Scientist, and at Southern Research Institute as a Research Associate.

Overall, Jason Troxell has extensive experience in project management, software development, quality assurance, and system engineering within the biotechnology and medical device industries.

Jason Troxell completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry from Penn State University from 1991 to 1996. Jason later pursued a Masters of Science in Computer Science at Hood College from 2000 to 2004.
