Radio New Zealand Pacific is our overseas shortwave service, broadcasting to the South Pacific and beyond, while Radio New Zealand News provides comprehensive, up-to-the-minute news and current affairs information.

Radio New Zealand is a Crown entity established under the Radio New Zealand Act 1995 and provides listeners with exciting and independent radio programmes in accordance with the Radio New Zealand Charter. 

National and Concert are funded by New Zealand On Air.
