Ben Delaney

Ben Delaney currently serves as the Director of Training Programs and Operations at New York Road Runners, a position held since May 2018, and also fulfills roles as a coach for NYRR Group Training and manager for runner training and education. Additionally, as a certified personal running coach with the Road Runners Club of America since March 2018, Ben Delaney coaches various clients in the New York City area, spanning distances from Couch to 5K to Marathon. Previous experience includes a general manager role at Website Heads from March 2011 to June 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing remote work environments. Earlier career roles included sales management and customer support at MPO, general management at Custom Images, and in-house photography at Arbonne International LLC. Ben Delaney holds two associate degrees from Saddleback College, one in Web Design and another in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
