Zoë Bromley-Fox has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Zoë started their career as an Admissions Operator at the Eden Project in 2006. Zoë then moved on to The Aegean Experience Maritime Company, where they worked as a Shore Excursions Manager, leading shipboard excursion teams and overseeing operations in various regions. In 2013, they joined Voyages to Antiquity as the Head of Land Product & Operations, responsible for planning, product development, financial management, and customer satisfaction of global land operations. Zoë also held the role of Land Programmes Manager, where they managed inaugural land programs and maintained communication with local suppliers. In 2019, they worked at Road Scholar as the Director, Field Trip Contracting and Delivery, creating authentic learning experiences and managing activity levels for cruise programs. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder of Cornwall Discovered.

Zoë Bromley-Fox holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Reading. The specific start and end dates of their education are not provided.
