Laura O'Hagan

Laura O'Hagan has a robust background in education and data management, currently serving as a Data and Evaluation Associate at Road to Hire since March 2022. Previously, Laura worked as an Operations Coordinator at Delta Beverages, LLC, where marketing campaigns were managed, and data tracking systems were established. As a Member Organizer for the North Carolina Association of Educators, three local branches were overseen, focusing on advocacy for educators. Laura also gained valuable teaching experience at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, implementing comprehensive Math standards for 6th grade classes. Additional roles include customer service positions at 5Church Charlotte and a Student Assistant at the University of California, Davis. Laura holds a Master of Education in Education Policy and Leadership from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Davis.
