Zach Abramson

Zach Abramson has worked in the software engineering field since 2020. In 2020, they were a Software Engineer at MUFG where they designed and created efficient workflows using SQL and other software for ETL jobs according to business requirements. Zach also worked on quarterly work orders to identify and perform bug fixes in the Axiom SL platform. In 2021, they became a Full Stack Software Engineer at Carvana, where they designed and implemented a greenfield RESTful API with GoLang, maintained and implemented new features for Python, GraphQL, and React applications with tools like Django, FastAPI, Express, and other technologies, and consulted as a vehicle data expert on strategy for data modeling and system architecture. Zach also worked as a Software Engineer in Residence at Galvanize Inc in 2020, where they mentored ~40 students in the mastery of JavaScript and other full stack technologies, helped students troubleshoot environmental and technological issues, and taught students JavaScript, React, and other fullstack fundamentals to a high level of mastery. Prior to their software engineering experience, Zach worked as a Restaurant Manager at SUPERBA Food + Bread from 2018 to 2020, and as an Assistant Manager and Supervisor in In Room Dining at Montage International from 2016 to 2018.

Zach Abramson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2016. Zach is currently enrolled in Hack Reactor to pursue a field of study in Software Engineering.
