Ashley is currently the Head of Talent at Roadrunner Venture Studios, where they help identify, develop, and invest in deep tech companies. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Prime Movers Lab, where they played a key role in the company's operations from 2021 to 2023. Ashley also served as an Expert-In-Residence at First Round Capital from 2018 to 2021, contributing their expertise to support the growth of startups. Ashley was part of the executive leadership team at Leap Motion as the Head of People Operations and played a crucial role in the company's expansion before its acquisition. Earlier in their career, Ashley specialized in recruiting top talent for various organizations, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, across different industries such as advertising, venture capital, e-commerce, and more. Their extensive experience includes working with C-Suite leaders on scaling, spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions, and executive search.
