Renske Kastelein

Renske Kastelein is an experienced professional in the field of social enterprises and mental health rehabilitation. Currently serving as Regiomanager Amsterdam Zuidoost at Roads since April 2017, Renske previously held the position of Manager Sociale firma's en New Business within the same organization. Renske is also the founder of Restaurant Freud, a workplace integration initiative that employs individuals with psychiatric and addiction backgrounds, operating from July 2006 to April 2016. Earlier career experiences include a project at Mentrum focused on rehabilitation in chronic psychiatry, and ownership of a training business, van der Heide & Kastelein, specializing in collaboration and outplacement from 1992 to 1998. Renske holds a degree in Psychology from UVA and additional qualifications in training and social work.
