Roal Oy
Pauliina Prokkola has extensive experience in the field of quality control and laboratory management, currently serving as the Head of Quality Control at Roal Oy since May 2011, where responsibilities include the maintenance of laboratory equipment, method validation, and implementation of LEAN practices. Prokkola has progressively advanced through roles such as QC Laboratory Team Leader and Laboratory Engineer, overseeing stability studies and laboratory automation. Prior experience includes positions at Vaasan Oy, focusing on the packing of bakery products. Pauliina Prokkola holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology from Turku University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.

Roal Oy is one of the world´s largest enzyme companies. Our R&D and manufacturing facilities are located in Rajamäki, 50 km north of Finland´s capital Helsinki.
