Roal Oy
Satu Oravala currently works as a Laboratory Technician at Roal Oy, where responsibilities include enzyme activity analyses and microbiological analyses, among other QC-laboratory tasks, since June 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Traffic Warden for the City of Riihimäki from 2008 to 2014, during which Satu took parental leave and study leave. Earlier roles include working as a Salesperson at HOK-Elanto from 2002 to 2008 and as Kitchen Staff at Veteraanitalosäätiö from 2001 to 2002. Satu is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering at Häme University of Applied Sciences, with previous qualifications including a Vocational Qualification in Laboratory Technology and a Vocational Qualification in Catering.

Roal Oy is one of the world´s largest enzyme companies. Our R&D and manufacturing facilities are located in Rajamäki, 50 km north of Finland´s capital Helsinki.
