Janet Murithi

Janet Murithi has a wealth of work experience in the content and online business industry. Most recently, they have been the Manager-Content & Online Business at Roamtech Solutions Limited since 2020. In this role, they have developed games, lotteries and music/video streaming strategies to grow the company's presence in the market. Janet has also proposed appropriate pricing and commercial plans to generate/grow revenues and profit. Prior to this, they were the Account Manager at OnMobile Global Limited from 2016 to 2020. In this role, they communicated with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, built relationships with clients based on trust and respect, and collaborated with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. From 2010 to 2016, they were an Account Manager and Content Manager at Inmobia. As an Account Manager, they planned projects and ensured their successful completion, managed the Airtel, Orange and Zamtel Accounts in all the Anglophone and Francophone Operating companies, and drove revenues in both Anglophone and Francophone OPCOs. As a Content Manager, they supervised all content sent to subscribers, managed content upload on the content portal, and developed Trivia questions for the MAMA's Awards.

Janet Murithi received their Masters of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Nairobi in 2013, following their Bachelor of Arts Language and Communication from Moi University in 2009, where they studied French and Communication.
