Elizabeth Ryan

Elizabeth Ryan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Head of Talent at Roark Capital since January 2025, Elizabeth previously held the position of Talent Lead at Alpine Investors from October 2021 to January 2025, where Elizabeth built and led the firm's Chief Financial Officer Program, identifying and placing emerging financial leaders in CFO roles across the portfolio. Prior roles include Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates and various positions at Spencer Stuart, including Associate and Analyst. Elizabeth began their career as an Equity Research Associate at Sterne Agee. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Mathematics Minor from Washington and Lee University.
