Gordie Silver

Gordie is a San Diego native who is excited to be building a business in his hometown. He had his first experience with specialty coffee in 2013 at the Roasting Plant in Detroit. After completing a degree in Kinesiology from University of San Francisco, he worked as a strength and conditioning coach before re-entering the coffee world in 2018. With Roast Master Gordie hopes to elevate the quality of coffee consumed around the country and world as well as aid in the growth of the Roast Master partner businesses. Outside of work you can find him rock climbing, spending time with his family, or going on walks through Balboa Park with his girlfriend and their dog.
