Kate Caswell joined Robbins Farley in June 2018 as Operations Administrator. She brings more than 10 years of client service, operations, and project management experience to the role. Kate works closely with the Director of Operations and Trading, Dawn Sullivan, to ensure Robbins Farley provides superior client service to current and future clients.
Kate will walk you through the onboarding process from start to finish – whether it is assisting you with the new account and transfer paperwork, establishing your online access or making sure you know every team member’s name and function. Kate will also answer any questions you may have about your account statements, confirmations and/or online viewing account. If you need money transferred or a beneficiary change, she will also assist you.
Prior to working with Robbins Farley, Kate worked for a Portsmouth-based financial advisor as the Investment Systems Manager. Kate’s primary responsibilities ranged from account maintenance to account reconciliation, to database management. Prior to that, Kate worked for Citizens Bank where she spent seven years progressing through a variety of operational positions. Her responsibilities included daily account reconciliation, training staff, performing account in-line transfers, and a multitude of independent projects.
