Serve as the chief adviser to the School Board on all educational matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Act as the district’s primary educational leader, setting the vision and direction for academic excellence, equity, and innovation.

Ensure the School Board is consistently informed about district operations, activities, achievements, and areas of need through clear, transparent, and timely communication.

Oversee the implementation of the Board's policies and directives, ensuring alignment with the district’s strategic goals and objectives.

Represent the district in interactions with community stakeholders, government agencies, and other organizations to foster partnerships and advocate for resources.

Lead and manage districtwide initiatives, ensuring a focus on student success, staff development, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
