Kai Jilesen

Kai Jilesen has a diverse work experience that spans several years. In 2006, they worked at ABN AMRO as a Customer Service Preferred Banking. Kai then moved on to Screen INFOmatch B.V. in 2007, where they held the position of Customer Support Executive. During this time, they simultaneously started working at Robeco as a Vendor Manager - Market Data. In 2015, they transitioned into the role of Operational Risk Manager at Robeco, and in April 2019, they were promoted to the position of Senior Operational Risk Manager, where they currently hold.

Kai Jilesen obtained a BA degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences. This degree was completed from 2000 to 2004. In addition, Kai Jilesen completed an MBA in Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam, specifically in the Robeco Young Talent Development Program. This degree was pursued from 2012 to 2014. Furthermore, they acquired a certification as a Financial Information Associate from the SIIA in June 2012.
