Portfolio Manager Quant Fixed Income at Robeco

Lodewijk van der Linden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lodewijk started their career as a Chairman at the non-profit restaurant Happietaria, where they raised funds for building schools in Haiti and Uganda. From there, they worked as a graduate at Prudential Life Insurance Company of Taiwan Inc. Lodewijk then joined Ernst & Young as an Intern Actuarissen and later participated in the EY experience program. In 2013, Lodewijk became an Actuarial consultant at PwC before transitioning to a Risk Associate role at Aegon. Lodewijk then became a Team Manager Client Reporting at Aegon Asset Management in 2017. In their most recent role, Lodewijk worked as a Portfolio Manager, first in the Quant Allocation team and then in the Quant Fixed Income team at Robeco.

Lodewijk van der Linden began their education journey in 2007, enrolling at Erasmus University Rotterdam where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration. This program lasted for four years and was completed in 2011. In the same year, Lodewijk continued their studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam, this time pursuing a Level of Bsc of Econometrics and management science degree in the field of Econometrics, which they completed in 2011-2012. Lodewijk then furthered their education by joining Erasmus University Rotterdam for their Master of Science (Msc) degree in General Econometrics from 2011 to 2013. After completing their MSc, they attended the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School from 2014 to 2017 to obtain a Master's degree in the Amsterdam Executive Progamme Actuarial Science (AEMAS) field of study.
