Masja Zandbergen-Albers

Masja Zandbergen-Albers has diverse work experience in the financial industry. Masja currently works at Robeco as the Head of Sustainability Integration, where they collaborate with global investment teams to ensure effective ESG integration and implementation of sustainable strategies. Prior to this role, they served as the Head Analysts at the Global Equities team at Robeco, specializing in the diversified financials and real estate sector. Before joining Robeco, they worked at Syntrus Achmea Asset Management as a Team Manager for Equities. Masja also worked at WEL Duurzaam Beleggen as a Consultant and Interim Manager. Masja began their career at Robeco in 1997, holding various positions such as Senior Specialist in sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator, and Fund Manager. Their responsibilities in these roles included sustainability analysis, engagement with companies on social issues, fund management, and team leadership.

Masja Zandbergen-Albers attended the Andreas school from 1978 to 1984. Masja then attended St Thomascollege from 1985 to 1991, where they obtained their Gymnasium degree. Following this, they enrolled at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1991 to 1997, earning their Masters in Econometrics. Finally, from 1997 to 1999, Masja attended the Opleiding Vereniging voor Beleggingsanalisten (VBA), where they obtained their Chartered European Financial Analyst (RBA) degree.
