Juan Orrego

Juan Orrego, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Experience at Robert Dietrick Co., Inc. since June 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing human resources initiatives. Previously, Juan held the position of Human Resources Manager and gained experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington, managing classroom activities and facilitating communication between faculty and students. Juan was also a founding member and Director of Finance for Sigma Iota Epsilon and worked as a Student Guest Services Manager at Indiana University Auditorium, coordinating volunteer efforts and fostering community engagement. Additional experience includes HR internships at KM Consultants, LLC, and WindRose Health Network, where Juan focused on recruitment, policy updates, and personnel file management. Juan earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana University Bloomington and the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
