Sheraine Gordon currently serves as the Senior Director of Inclusion at Robert Half since October 2024. Previously, Sheraine held the position of Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact at Squarespace from June 2021 to February 2024, where Sheraine focused on assessing and enhancing the company's diversity and inclusion strategy. At Clif Bar & Company, from September 2019 to May 2021, Sheraine was the Head of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Engagement, developing programs to foster awareness and allyship. Sheraine's extensive experience includes roles with organizations such as Camber Outdoors, The Conference Board, VF Corporation as Director of Inclusion and Diversity, EY as Diversity Manager, Barclays Investment Bank as Human Resources Manager, and Goldman Sachs as an Associate. Sheraine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, and Economics from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
