Oscar R.

Oscar's work experience consists of various roles in the field of human resources. Oscar started their career in 1994, gaining early professional experience in human resources through different companies until 2007. In 1997, they joined Exelon, where they held positions as a Human Resources Generalist, Senior Specialist, and Strategic Staffing until 2005. In 2006, Oscar became the Human Resources Director at the Robert R. McCormick Foundation, a position they currently hold.

Oscar R. earned a Bachelor's degree in Training and Development from Northeastern Illinois University between 1999 and 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from North Park University from 2003 to 2006.
