Cat Tarbuck

Cat Tarbuck is an experienced Executive Coach and Global Talent Development Manager with a robust background in occupational psychology and consulting. Currently leading Cat Tarbuck Coaching & Consulting since May 2022, Tarbuck specializes in Executive Coaching and has worked with notable clients such as NHS and healthcare organizations, along with a Global Insurance organization, to facilitate leadership development and transition support. Previously, as a Consultant Business Psychologist at Arup from September 2013 to December 2018, Tarbuck focused on training, change management, and organizational design. Earlier career roles include supporting development programs at PeopleWise and recruiting finance professionals at Morgan Law. Tarbuck holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a degree in Psychology from The University of Nottingham.
