Kristi Malcolm has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2005 as a Recruitment Consultant at Bayley Needham. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at RBS as an On-Site Recruitment Coordinator and On-Site Resourcing Consultant, managing temporary and contract recruitment for various departments. Kristi then joined Resource Solutions in 2010, where they held multiple roles including Account Lead, Project Consultant, and RS Systems Project Manager. In these positions, they managed recruitment processes, oversaw project management, and implemented innovative applications and software. Kristi is currently working at Robert Walters as a Principal Project Manager, overseeing projects in the EMEEA Technology sector.
Kristi Malcolm completed their undergraduate education from 2000 to 2004 at the University of Surrey, where they earned a Bsc degree in French and Economics with International Business and Spanish. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AgilePM™ Foundation certification from Robert Walters in 2021. In 2018, they acquired the Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner certifications from APMG International. Furthermore, in 2015, they obtained the PRINCE2 - Foundation Certificate in Project Management and the PRINCE2 - Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
