Leslie Sutton

Leslie Sutton has had a varied career in sales, project management, and technical advising. In 2020, they began working for Robert Weed as a Sales Strategy and Support Manager, where they have led, managed, and contributed to multiple, on-going, cross-functional projects from sales enablement and education to organizational design and process development, leading to significant improvement in profitability. Leslie has also achieved a 90% reduction in customer order exception requests that enabled more transparent production planning, clear customer expectations, and resulted in better delivery of services and improved profitability.

In 2019, Leslie worked for Patrick Industries, Inc. as a Commercial Estimator, where they were responsible for cost estimation of stone and solid surface fabrication for healthcare, military housing, food service, education, and hospitality applications. Leslie was also a Professional Recruiter for Engineering Search Group in the same year.

From 2016 to 2018, Leslie worked for Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Designer/Project Manager, where they were responsible for project design, sale, scope of work estimates, pre-construction planning, installation oversight, final site inspection and client certification. Leslie also completed Women in Leadership training and led a team of 150+ employees in generating qualifying leads. Additionally, they earned a Michigan Residential Builder Salesperson License.

In 2018, Leslie was a Design Consultant for ThermalGreen Solutions, LLC.

From 2014 to 2016, Leslie worked for Apple as a Senior Technical Advisor, where they collaborated remotely with teammates, wireless carriers, and engineering departments to troubleshoot and resolve advanced customer issues on portable and desktop computers and mobile devices. Leslie was promoted every six months and rewarded for performance in the top 5% of 15,000+ remote advisors.

Leslie Sutton obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Industrial Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design between 2010 and 2014. In 2018, they obtained their Michigan Residential Builder Salesperson License from the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. In 2021, they earned their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).
