Nicholas Tenhundfeld

Nicholas Tenhundfeld is currently working as an Executive Sous Chef at Roberts Centre since April 2022. Prior to this, Nicholas held the position of Culinary Supervisor at World Equestrian Center from April 2021 to April 2022. With a background as Sous Chef at Belterra Park Gaming & Entertainment Center from April 2014 to April 2020 and Hollywood Casino from July 1997 to October 2010, Nicholas brings a wealth of experience to their current role. Nicholas started their culinary career as a Cook at River Downs from May 2011 to January 2014. Nicholas pursued their education at ITT-Tech from 2010 to 2012, Diamond Oaks Vocational Western from 1994 to 1996, and William Henry Harrison High School from 1992 to 1996.
