Heather Bell McIpd

Heather Bell MCIPD has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Heather started their career at Gravitate HR in 2007 as a Senior HR Account Manager, where they worked until 2013. After that, they joined Robertson Group and held various roles over the years, including Senior HR Advisor, Employee Relations Manager, HR Manager, and currently serves as the Head of People Operations. Their expertise and extensive experience in HR make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Heather Bell MCIPD obtained their BA Hons degree in Law and Business Studies (1st) from the University of Stirling from 2003 to 2007. Heather then pursued their Msc in Human Resources Management at Edinburgh Napier University from 2008 to 2010. Heather Bell is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
