Previously, Joseph worked in fleet logistics at Enterprise Holdings from 2015 to 2017 and as a Delivery Driver for UPS from 2014 to 2016. Joseph's early career includes various roles at No Fear, progressing from Sales Associate to Store Manager, where leadership and operational goals were prioritized. Joseph began the retail journey at Tilly's as a Sales Associate in 2011. Joseph holds a diploma in General Studies from Lake Havasu High School, graduated in 2009.
