About this role

Partnering with another Tech Talent Partner, you will have co-ownership for driving hiring velocity for Engineering, AI and Product teams across Robin, acting as a key partner to Hiring Managers across the full-lifecycle. You will also collaborate with our other in-house Talent Partners and our Head of Talent to develop the strategic direction of Robin’s talent acquisition efforts, including the foundational evolution of all hiring best practices as we seek to become a more rounded, strategic team capable of hiring the best talent on earth.

Robin has an ambitious vision for the impact of AI in the legal industry, and you’ll be a crucial part of driving our company towards that vision by helping us hire the right talent.

What you’ll do

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers and the broader Talent team to drive end-to-end recruitment campaigns across our various Engineering, AI and Product teams
  • Developing and optimising key talent pipelines, upholding high-standards and processes to ensure optimal candidate experience and efficient delivery
  • Taking an innovative and creative approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines; building top of funnel proactively
  • Adopting a data-driven and metrics-focused approach to recruiting
  • Working with Interviewers and our Talent team to drive efficiencies in recruiting and improving hiring processes
  • Approaching Recruitment with a consultative, strategic business partner mindset, forming strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience hiring for technical roles across Engineering, AI and Product
  • Substantial recruitment experience at a fast-growing or cutting edge tech startup, ideally with an international focus
  • Ability to source and hire exceptional candidates, creatively leveraging channels to find and engage talent proactively
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment where things change and flexibility, creativity and willingness to roll up your sleeves are required
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage talent analytics to uncover insights and inform strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple work streams and complex, strategic talent programs

Compensation at Robin AI

  • Salary: £60,000 - £80,000
