Sarah Cronk has had a diverse work experience over the years. Sarah founded the national nonprofit organization, Generation Spirit, in 2009 and served as the Founder and Chief Development Officer. Through their work, they established inclusive spirit teams in schools across 31 states, involving over 20,000 students. Sarah also developed fundraising strategies, provided mentoring and training, and created a website and marketing strategy for the organization. Sarah's work at Generation Spirit gained national recognition through media coverage on CNN, NBC, and The Oprah Winfrey Show.
In 2015, Sarah worked as a Communications Associate at Varsity Spirit, where they managed marketing content, developed strategies, assisted with website design, and co-developed an awards program. Sarah also served as a Yoga Instructor at Envision Memphis in 2016 and held various roles at Whitman College, including Senior Admission Intern, Scheduler, and Tour Guide.
Sarah's involvement in the nonprofit sector continued with their position on the Board of Directors at the National Inclusion Project from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they also worked at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC as a Manager and Senior Specialist in Integrated Marketing, focusing on youth-based fundraising initiatives.
Most recently, in 2022, Sarah joined Robin as a Coach.
Sarah Cronk completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Whitman College. Sarah attended Whitman College from 2011 to 2015. In 2019, they also attended MIT Sloan Executive Education for a program called "Leadership in the Digital Age." The field of study for this program is not specified.
