Kate Randi has worked in the non-profit sector for over ten years. Kate began their career as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman and EVP of Global Business Development at [Sotheby's](/org/sothebys). Kate then transitioned to the Guggenheim Museum where they served as a Senior Major Gifts Officer. In January 2019, they joined Robin Hood as a Senior Manager, Development. In their current role as Director of Major Giving, Kate is responsible for leading the team that solicits and stewards gifts from Robin Hood's major donors.
