Santiago Jiménez

Santiago Jiménez is the current VP of Operations at RobinFood. Santiago has also previously served as Global Operations Manager at Grow Mobility, Country Manager Mexico at Grow Mobility, Field OPS & Customer Service Manager at Grin Scooters, Operations Manager at Apli, and Operational Excellence Manager and Head of Business Intelligence at IguanaFix. Santiago was also the CEO and Co-founder of CATARTE from January 2017 to February 2021.

Santiago Jiménez is a graduate of Universidad de Los Andes, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
