Chris Werker is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the CX Operations Team Lead at Robinhood since August 2019, Chris supervises the Advanced Services Customer Experience Team. Prior to this role, Chris worked at BNY Mellon as a Quality Analyst and Customer Experience Representative, managing mutual fund accounting tasks. Chris also held the position of General Manager at Stagger Inn UCF, where rapid promotion was achieved due to exemplary performance in client engagement. Additionally, Chris completed a Portfolio Management Internship at Ameriprise Financial Services, contributing to research and analysis for client portfolio expansions. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
