Joel Knight has extensive experience in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the CX Functional Lead for the Platinum Desk at Robinhood since January 2021. Prior roles at Robinhood include CX Senior Manager and Functional Lead. Before joining Robinhood, Joel amassed over a decade of experience at Fidelity Investments, where positions included Director of Financial Consultants and various team leadership roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of New Hampshire and a semester abroad in Business Administration and Management at Corvinus University of Budapest.
