Maureen Montgomery

Maureen Montgomery serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Robinhood since July 2021, where additional roles include Director & Associate General Counsel for Corporate and M&A, and past positions as Director and Associate General Counsel for M&A and Assistant General Counsel for Corporate and M&A. Previously, Maureen was a Corporate Associate at Fenwick & West from October 2013 to July 2021, following a Summer Associate role in May to August 2012 at the same firm. Other notable experience includes a Law Clerk position in the Criminal Division at the United States Attorney's Office in 2011 and various HR roles at Google from August 2007 to July 2010. Maureen holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a BA in Art History and Math from Stanford University.
