Rachel Mastro has worked in people strategy for over six years, with a focus on human capital management. Rachel began their career at Deloitte in July 2014 as a human capital senior consultant. In this role, they advised clients on a range of topics including organizational design, change management, and talent management. Rachel also led the development of several human capital programs, including a leadership development program and an employee engagement survey.
In April 2021, Rachel Mastro joined Robinhood as the people strategy manager.
