Simon Shulman

Head of Growth Marketing at Robinhood

Simon Shulman is the current Head of Marketing Technology at Robinhood. Simon has over eight years of experience in the field of marketing, analytics, and technology.

Shulman began their career in marketing at TD Ameritrade, where they spent four years as Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Analytics. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drove customer acquisition and engagement. Simon also oversaw the company's customer data and analytics strategy.

In 2017, Shulman was promoted to Director, Marketing Analytics & Technology at TD Ameritrade. In this role, they led a team of analysts and developers in designing and building marketing technology solutions. Simon also oversaw the company's marketing data strategy and developed new ways to use data to drive marketing decisions.

In 2018, Shulman left TD Ameritrade to join Capital One as Senior Director, Marketing Technology Platforms & Customer Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing a behaviorally-initiated always-on digital marketing experiences across the Bank and Card customer journeys. Simon also led multiple tech pods to re-platform the Card website to a new, component-based platform.

During their time at Capital One, Shulman also established enterprise governance of marketing access to 50M cardholders across all lines of business within the company.

In 2021, Shulman left Capital One to join Robinhood as Head of Marketing Technology. In this

Simon Shulman has a Masters in Measurement and Evaluation from New York University and a B.A. in Psychology from University at Buffalo.
