Tyler Vatcoskay is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience management and music production. Currently serving as a Learning & Delivery Specialist and previously as a Customer Experience Manager at Robinhood since June 2021, Tyler has honed skills in enhancing user engagement and resolution strategies. As the Founder and Music Producer at Sleep Fighter Studios since May 2017, Tyler crafts custom beats and scores for various media including films, commercials, and marketing campaigns. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Charles Schwab and a tenure at Fidelity Investments, where Tyler managed teams and provided expertise in complex financial regulations.
