Robert Colin has several years of experience in the field of air traffic control. Robert started their career at Brenntag in 2011 as a Transfer Supervisor, where they successfully supervised and maintained a competent workforce. In 2006, they joined the US Navy as an Air Traffic Control Specialist, where they controlled arrivals, departures, and transitions in Class Delta airspace. Robert also provided safe and orderly air traffic services to pilots, operated radar and communication equipment, and assisted aircraft in distress. In 2016, they worked as an Air Traffic Control Specialist at Serco, and in 2019, they joined Robinson Aviation (RVA), Inc. as an Air Traffic Controller.

Robert Colin attended Brevard College from 1999 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music. Robert also obtained a Certified Tower Operator certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in May 2009.
