Previous experience includes leadership as Continuous Improvement Lead and Support Operations Manager at ClickUp, as well as Co-founder and Cultivator at You. Me. Mushrooms., where focus centered on urban-grown culinary mushrooms. Emily co-founded Willowdale Estate, managing operations from inception and overseeing catering and event production, and also held roles at Festivities Inc., Black Sheep Restaurant, and KRONE & BUSHARD INC. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and World Philosophy from Colby College, a Full-stack web development Bootcamp from UCSD Extension, a GIS technician certificate from San Diego Mesa College, and a completion certificate from the CCJ pre-apprenticeship in construction trades.
