Jessa Marie Calinawan has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Duty Manager and previously as a Senior Hotel Associate at Robinsons Land Corporation since August 2018, where responsibilities include managing hotel supplies, monitoring inventory, and overseeing purchase requests under the direct supervision of the General Manager. Prior to this, Jessa worked as a Front Office Associate and Executive BGV SPOC at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms, handling background verification for multiple accounts and maintaining documentation. Additional experiences include a Consultant role at Quess Corp Limited and a Hotel Receptionist position at Dakong Bato Beach Resort. Jessa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of the Visayas.
