Erin McDearman

Erin McDearman is an experienced marketing professional currently serving on the Advisory Board at Adventr since October 2022 and as Head of Business Marketing at Roblox since November 2021, where responsibilities include brand collaboration and engagement narrative development. Previously, Erin held significant roles at Visa from June 2012 to July 2021, including Head of Global Media and Partnerships, overseeing integrated media strategies for high-profile sponsorships, and Country Marketing Lead for the Czech Republic. Additional experience includes a role as Media Director at OMD, Media Supervisor at Universal McCann, and Media Planner at Havas Worldwide. Erin’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Southern Methodist University.
