Philip Simmons

Philip Simmons, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of people science and organizational research, currently serving as a Manager at Roblox since July 2021, where career progression includes roles as Senior People Scientist and People Scientist. Prior experience includes positions as an Organizational Research Analyst at Intuitive and as a Data Science Intern at Caterpillar Inc. Philip has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the UNL Center on Children, Families and the Law and held internships at Tesla Motors and SilverStone Group. Academically, Philip is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where prior degrees include a Master of Arts in Social/Personality Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
