Ibrahim Mahmoud

Ibrahim Mahmoud is an experienced logistics professional with a diverse background in operations management. Currently serving as a Logistics Operations Manager at Robosto since January 2023, Ibrahim previously held the position of Hub Manager at Milezmore from January 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing operations and training couriers. Prior experience includes Courier Manager at MaxAB, overseeing last-mile logistics, as well as roles at Aramex, where leadership included fostering team relations and enhancing courier performance, and during tenure at TNT as a Couriers Team Leader, focused on planning delivery processes and monitoring performance. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in History from Cairo University, completed in 1998, alongside a military secondary education from Salah Salem.
