Emma Turner

Emma Turner currently serves as a People and Culture Advisor at Robotics Plus, and has been an HR Partner at Lee Builders since January 2021. Previously, Emma held the position of Senior National Recruitment Advisor at ANZCO Foods, where quality HR recruitment advice was provided to business units across New Zealand. Additional experience includes roles as an HR Advisor at Palmerston North Personnel, focusing on ethical recruitment strategies, and Senior Credit Controller at Farmers Mutual Finance Limited, where successful management of a loan portfolio recovery was achieved during the company's transition out of the finance industry. Emma received the NZ Credit & Finance Institute's Young Credit Professional of the Year award in 2008. Prior experience also includes customer service roles at Westpac New Zealand Limited. Emma's educational background includes attendance at Central Hawkes Bay College.
