Goran Ćudina

Goran Ćudina has more than 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Goran is currently employed at Robotiq.ai as the Head of Customer Success, where they started in November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior RPA Consultant at the same company. From 2020 to 2022, Goran served as a Group Project Manager at Fortuna Entertainment Group. Before that, they were employed at Procesna Inteligencija as a Senior Consultant from 2017 to 2020. Goran also worked as an IT Project Manager at AD Plastik from 2013 to 2017, and as a Software Developer at Lama d.o.o. from 2007 to 2013.

Goran Ćudina holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems from Fakultet organizacije i informatike, Sveučilište Zagreb. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute™ and a Certificate in EU GDPR General Data Protection Regulation Premi from Udemy. Goran has also completed various online courses and training on topics such as building rapport with customers, managing conflict, effective listening, and leading change. Most recently, in July 2022, Goran completed certifications in building rapport with customers, the procrastination cure, and the six morning habits of high performers, all through LinkedIn.
